MINI MODS® Level 1 - PIGMENTATION practical workshop

1 day WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

During this workshop, you will effectively learn how to use IPL to treat:

  • UV-based pigmentation (sun spots)

  • The pigmentation commonly seen on the neck (Poikiloderma)

We focus on treating the face, neck, hands, and décolletage

After this workshop day, you will have gained confidence in assessing a clients skin for beginner level pigmentation treatments, you will feel more reassured and confident in your clinical approach for hyper-pigmentation. You will be made aware of the risks and be in a better position to make good decisions on behalf of your client’s skin rejuvenation goals.

NZLT offers the use of Intense pulsed light (IPL) and not lasers for safety reasons, if you are seeking to learn how to use laser for pigmentation treatments and have already undertaken training in laser science, safety and treatment principles using lasers, please check out our Mini Mods - Level 2 Pigmentation workshop.

PRE-REQUISITE:
You must have a full understanding of the required theory behind treatments and the settings used, this may have been obtained from us or elsewhere. Please contact our enrolment administrator to verify you meet the requirement to attend this practical workshop.

You do not need to own IPL or Laser technology prior to attending this workshop, please indicate to us if you are looking at devices as we can assist you with this.

CERTIFICATION:
You will obtain a letter of attainment and a certificate to show you have undertaken professional development with NZ’s leading and independent educators to add to your CV and your Laser career pathway.
